Owls, Monsters, Purses O MY!!

 So my sister asked me to try and make some beanies for her kids... Here was my very first attempt... A cute little owl... too bad she doesn't have an infant to wear it... SOOO that will be going to someone else... I just had to make sure i could do it THEN i would try and kink the patterns to make them bigger...

 Here was my attempt at the toddler size... it is a girl hat and yes i had my little boy try it on:)

 Cute huh!!! Then came the monster hat!! I thought it turned out super cute!! Especially on my boy!!

And then here are two more purses i made... 

 So fun!!! I love trying these new things!! hope you enjoy!!

Newest Headbands

So this weekend my husband and little boy went camping without me.... So once my baby girl went to sleep I decided that I would try something new and this is what I did...

I made a few of them... one for a birthday present and then a couple just for Tinz:) They are pretty fast to make (it takes about 35 min to finish one) I think they turned out pretty cute!

Beanie Hats

 First attempt at a brimmed beanie:)

 * there were no babies hurt in the making of these beanies... she just woke up and really didn't want anything on her head... but i had just finished and really wanted to see what it looked like:) Plus this is a boys hat on a little girls head... maybe thats why she was upset:)

And my first little girl beanie:) And yes its on my little boy:) I was sizing it for a friend... and no he wasn't very happy about it:) I promise i am usually a good mom and don't torture my kids:) Hope you like them as much as I do:)

Crochet Purses

 I made this cute little purse for my daughter for her first birthday! I think it turned out super cute!! I ended up having to kind of make my own version of a pattern so that it was kid size... I love it cause it is much faster to make and so cute for little girls!!

 Then I decided my little nieces needed them too!! So I made this one for my little niece Sage!

 And this one for my niece Addison!

I kind of love them and think they turned out super adorable!!

Blankets!!

My sweet mom brought these blankets for me to crochet! she taught me how to do it and this was the beginning of my obsession with crocheting!!! LOVE IT! I was able to give these to a great friend who is expecting a cute little boy soon!!

Crochet... Headbands:)

 yes I got quite obsessed with crocheting and I still am actually! I started out crocheting blanket edges and now i am onto headbands... Its So fun and after you get the hang of it... its very easy and fast!!! Here are some of the headbands i have made in the last month or so:)

 I love that you can mix and match the different colors!!! So fun!!!
